Obituary

Thomas R. Klotz

 Thomas (Tom) R. Klotz son of the late Robert and Florence Klotz passed away on April 1, 2019 in Legacy House, Ocala, FL.  Retired in 2001 from UPS Tom enjoyed his retirement every day.

Predeceased brother William Klotz

Survivors wife Rebecca of 29 years, Son Thomas (Jamie), Danielsville, PA, Daughter Tracie (Kollin) Patten, Champaign, IL.  Step-daughters Diana Whiteman, Silver Springs, FL, Sandra Gordon, Klamath Falls, OR.  Five granddaughters Cassidie, Breanna and Ashley Patten, Heather Gordon, Pana, IL and Alexis Gordon, Las Vegas, NV.  One great Granddaughter Kendra G. Whiteman, Silver Springs, FL.  Brother James (Nancy) Klotz,Northampton, PA and several nieces along with his beloved four-legged furry companion Sadie and his fur-grand-babies Molly and Patchs.

Tom was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Army 1965-67.  He was an Eagle Scout, An avid hunter and fisherman.  Since moving to FL 11 years ago he enjoyed refurbishing Golf carts and a 1996 Dodge Ram Pick-Up.  Every year he looked forward to his daughter and family visiting in May around his birthday.  He also enjoyed fishing with neighbors and Kendra on the lake in our subdivision.

We love you and miss you!

    My brother Tom, my best friend will be sadly missed. We spoke everyday about present & old times growing up. He is now in Gods hands & will be loved always. Love Jim & Nancy

    Kendra and I cherished the time we had with Grandad...we will miss this gentle giant who was so kind, thoughtful and wise. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He will be missed more than words can say...
