Life Celebration for Thomas L Carlisle, 68, New Smyrna Beach FL who died peacefully at his home May 3, 2011 will be 3:00 PM Saturday, May 7 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until service time. Burial will be in Madisonville, Kentucky.
Thomas was born in Madisonville, KY, served our nation in the US Army and was a retired computer technician. He was a “Friend of Bill”.
He leaves to cherish his memory a son Thomas, II, and his wife Amy along with three grandchildren Addison Grace, Maggie Elizabeth and Elijah Bennett. He is also survived by a brother Charles, Uncle Bill, friend and caregiver Sheila Robinson and faithful dog Sammy.
