Obituary
Timothy Seifreit of Titusville, died on Friday, the 15th of January in Orlando Florida at the age of 61 after a 3 1/2 month battle with Covid-19.
Tim is survived by his wife Becky, his siblings Kathy, Bill, Greg, and Pam, and his children Michael, Tony, and Lauren. He is predeceased by his parents Norman and Patricia Seifreit and his In-laws Charles and Marjorie Lehr.
Tim was born in Dover Ohio to Norman and Patricia Seifreit and moved with his family to Titusville in 1967 where his dad supported the Apollo program. The family then moved back to Ohio where Tim graduated from Midpark High school in 1978. He participated in chorus and wrestling and held the school record for the fastest pin. The family then returned to Titusville in 1979 where his dad returned to the space program this time supporting the shuttle missions.
Tim remained in Titusville and in 1995 married his beloved wife Becky and became the loving and devoted father of her three young children. Tim and Becky loved cruising and traveling and spent many anniversaries on the seas enjoying their time together. Tim was often described as a gentle giant who was known for being a hard worker and the kind of man who never met a stranger. He was a big NASCAR fan and often donated blood and platelets to get free race tickets.
Tim also found time to complete his education by becoming an electrical apprentice through Brevard Community College. He was a dedicated employee, and he loved his work at The Great Outdoors RV and Golf Resort where spent the last 26 years in service to them in various roles. He was loved by both the staff and homeowners alike and was well known by his Mark Martin themed Golf cart, his giant smile, and his barking dog Cocoa.
A private memorial will be held by his family. A separate celebration of life will be held as soon as it is safe to do so.
