Obituary
Tim Anderson, 46, of The Villages, Fl passed away at home on February 1st after a courageous 3 1/2 year battle with pancreatic cancer.
He moved to The Villages from Wilkes Barre, PA to enjoy the final years of his life and to live close to his father and stepmother. He loved golf, at which he excelled, and he will be remembered by all who knew him for his love of the sport. He was gifted at woodworking and carpentry and enjoyed doing home projects. All of which became hobbies for him.
He is survived by his partner of 13 years, Becky Ferrier. Becky was his constant caregiver during his illness and Tim’s family often referred to her as “his Angel”.
He is also survived by his two children, Caleigh, and Keaton Anderson, his father, Peter Anderson and stepmother, Barbara Dwyer-Anderson, mother Patricia Sapolis and stepfather, Richard Sapolis. His sister, Christine Gangaware and her husband David and their three children, Morgan, Ashley,and Joshua. Tim is also survived by his brother Matthew Anderson, and Becky’s son Joseph Rossavik.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. The family requests that any donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 601 Mariposa Way, The Villages, FL 32162 or a charity of your choice.
