Obituary

Travis Paul Hunter, 25, Cocoa, Florida, passed away on January 26, 2017, in Casselberry. He was a service manager at a printing company. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his Parents Paul and Kelly Hunter, brother Trent Hunter, Grandparents AJ and Naomi Miller, Uncles and Aunts, Karl and Laurie Hunter , Pat and Susie Leonard, Mike and Angela Miller, Kalaya Bonnell, and Donnie and Gayle Hunter, Cousins Tony Bonnell, Haylie Miller and Mickey Leonard.

 

Celebration of Life Services will be February 4, 2017, at 2 P.M. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, 5625 Holy Trinity Drive, Melbourne, Florida, with a reception following in the Tiger Café. Memorial Contributions may be made to Fresh Start Ministries, 4436 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804.

    Travis.... we hung out for days on end even for weeks sometimes. We cried tears everyday at the jokes we would make and the stuff we came across together. You ran into my front gate right in front my dad literally one day. He would of had my ass for that one, you all he could do was laugh at the “sun got in my eyes” excuse.. you were looking down texting and thought you had it.. lol I never laughed so hard. No damage to your truck or the gate going that whole 1mph you were really coming in hot. I tried taking the blame saying I got in the way but pops seen the wholee thing unfold. Back some time now I peppered the oak tree in your front yard ya that one right near the driveway that you could not miss if it was dark outside my stupidity young and dumb getting carried away letting 3 12gauge buck shot shells rip back to back to back like I was tony Montana shooting big Jhonnys (rip also big j) semi auto 12gauge we borrowed to try out. Well long story short that was extremely stupid on my part real d.a. thing to do you got your ass chewed out for weeksss over that one I think you even took the blame for me..( sorry Mr. Hunter That was 100% my fault not your sons I was a real D.A....you were my best friend and I did the same for you many times “Big T” at my house to my parents...we hard our fights, ups,downs, and in-betweens out of probably 3 screaming fights we had in over ten years of hanging out and thousands of days of laughing crying tears of joy romping rooster tailing clowning good times. We were together everyday all day all night many times many years of good times speaking of rooster tails in the F-1 sorry K.rod you know we didn’t mean to take that one on your street you know right their on the corner spot that far we got a little carried away.... we cried laughing all the way through half of cocoa before we caught our breath and could see straight again. Remember Miami Beach and west palm beach walking down the beach on a weekday checking out chicks damn I miss you bro it’s been 3 years and I can remember getting the call from my dad like it was yesterday when you past. Love and miss you Travis I’d give up a arm and my leg to walk down that beach again yellin at me saying “yellloooo” back n forth you an me talking one last time knowing what I know now...Forever you will be missed..

    I am so deeply sorry for your loss. It meant so much to us that you attended Myles' service to share in our grief when we know how much your own heart was so broken. I am praying God will help us all to not dwell on the "one more day, one more chance" they/we didn't get, but rather, take comfort in knowing their struggles here are over and they are now safe with God and his very special plan.
    How blessed we are to have their love and all the memories of the joys and laughter they have left us with to comfort us until we see them again.
    You will forever be in my heart, thoughts and prayers.
