Obituary
Ute Wagner Bahr was born in Mohringen, Germany in 1944. She immigrated to America, became a nurse and met Klaus Bahr. Ute joined him and his two children, Eric and Sonnja to make their family complete.
Ute was a connoisseur of all things beautiful, travel, jewelry, and cuisine. An avid reader and needlework artist, she played tennis well into her 60s and loved looking at the ocean searching for marine life from the balcony of her penthouse condo.
Ute was predeceased by her husband, Klaus, parents Hans and Frieda, and brother Ulrich.
Ute is survived by her stepchildren Sonnja (Mike) Settle and Eric Bahr, sister Monique, sister in laws Gretal and Ilse, nieces Laurie (Mike) Kiddy, Pamela (John) Walker, Tanya (Jim) Masiello, and Petra (Jens). Ute is also survived in the US by dear friend and caretaker Theresa, friend Trish, and in Germany by friends and loved ones, Erika, Ursula, Ute and family. Ute leaves behind her beloved cat Mia.
