Verna Margaret (Senecal) Gibeault, 78, of Edgewater, FL, passed away on November 12th, 2010 after a long illness. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a loyal friend. Verna was born in Proctor, VT and grew up in Rutland, VT where she met and married Bernard Gibeault, who was the love of her life throughout their 58 years of marriage. Although she worked, her primary job was raising her six children. She had many things she loved to do – she loved to cheer on the Magic, and football, she enjoyed the fun with her grandson, Zac and Rusty her dog. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her. Her beloved husband, Bernard; four sons, and two daughters, Gary Gibeault(Debbie) of Jacksonville, FL, Cathy Kabacoff(Larry) of Columbia,MD, GREGG Gibeault(Shari) of Temecula, CA, Joe Gibeault(Paula) of Colorado Springs, CO, David Gibeault(Sandy) of Waldorf, MD and Mary Gibeault of Edgewater, FL; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetes Association or any charity of your choice in Verna’s name.
A private funeral service will be held at Baldwin Brothers, 1 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL. On Wednesday. November 17th, 2010.
