Rose wasborn in Utica, New York. She worked in retail clothing sales. She retired to Port Orange Florida in 2000 where she was a member of Epiphany Catholic Church. Committal will be at Old Forge New York. She is survived by a daughter Gail Barstow and son William Rivet.
