Vincent Francis Ferrucci, 81, of Summerfield, FL, went home to be with his wife and the Lord on October 29, 2014. Born May, 22, 1933 in Providence, Rhode Island. He served 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1972. He was stationed in Libya, England, France, Okinawa, and various states in the USA. He met his loving wife of Great Britain in Tripoli Libya in 1952. They were married for 55 years. He is survived by his son, Vincent N. Ferrucci, Turtletown, TN; granddaughter, Kristen A. Roles, St. Pete, FL; his "adopted sons" James Adams and Ralph Peterson, also four sisters and one brother of Rhode Island. He was passionate about classic cars! A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church. His ashes will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donation be made to Hospice of Marion County. Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society.
