Obituary

Vincent T Positano (92) of Palm Coast went home to the Lord on Sunday July 18, 2021 after years of suffering. Vince was born on September 24, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to Vito Positano and Theresa Biardi. Vince graduated from CCNY in 1950 with a BS and from NYU with a MS in 1963. He spent most of his career in medical research. He loved classical music, played the piano and devoted many years to Pro-Life activities as a Knight of Columbus.

Vince is preceded in death by his parents and his grandson Jason Downs. He is survived by his spouse of 56 years Priscilla, and his four children -he was very proud of. His daughter Corinne (Remi) Racine of Boynton Beach and their three children  Anji (Michael), Anthony (Anna) and two greatgrands, Nicholas (Allison),  his son Peter (Veronica) Positano of Winter Garden and their seven children– John, Nadine, Justice, Destiny, Beatrix, Angelo, and Josiah, his daughter Theresa (Carlos) Vega of Palm Coast and three children  Vanessa (Brian) and three greatgrands, Ramon, and Felix, and his son Mark (Cori) Positano of Palm Coast, and two grandchildren John and Fiona.

There will be a funeral mass at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on August 7, 2021, with visitation at noon, mass at 1:00 PM and internment in the Columbarium immediately following mass. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Life-Can PO Box 1711, Palm City, Fl 34991.

A reception for family and friends will follow at his home in Palm Coast.
