Willard Green was born in Whitesville, WV. He came to this area in 1986 from Ohio where he worked as a miner.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Marjorie, Nicole Green, Bobby Collins, Sherry Lubin, Eric Green, Millard Green, Orvilee Green, Gladys Green and nine grandchildren.
