Billy was such a happy soul. Billy lit up the room anywhere he went. Always the life of the party. If he was around you, you were smiling. He was a big goof ball. He loved to talk about all of the goals and ideas he had for the future. He LOVED his mom Cathy so much and I can't imagine the pain she is in right now, but I hope she finds comfort in knowing he is at peace. I am so thankful for our friendship Billy. I will cherish it forever... Billy you will be truly missed.

William is also survived by his daughter Katlynn Faith-Parrish and son Alekzander Faith-Parrish. Although he was estranged from his children he will live on in them, and be remembered as an outgoing, artistic, animal lover, and talented DJ.
I pray every day that your soul is at peace.

I can still see that mischievous grin and giant smile that always lit the room. You leave this world behind but the memories you have given so many of us that were privileged to call you a friend, will live on in our hearts forever. You are loved my dear friend. Until we meet again. Love you, Jaime Davis
