William Jeffery Yant, age 69, passed away on March 30, 2021. Bill was born in Pontiac, Michigan on August 30,1951. He married Sue Ann Davenport on March 6,1971 and they just celebrated 50 wonderful years together. Bill was a semi-truck driver with ACC until he retired on April 1, 2004 and had been enjoying retired life in Ocala, Florida. He will be remembered for his unconditional love for his family and friends. His wife, children and grandchildren were his world. All of his family and friends knew that if they said “Bill, I need help” he was always right there to help with whatever they needed. He was preceded in death by many beloved family members and friends. Bill is survived by his best friend and wife Sue Ann Yant, daughters Tabitha Sue Linsenmeyer and Tanya Love Yant, granddaughters Harley Elizabeth Linsenmeyer and Shana Marie Brown, grandson Jeffery Dean Yant and 9 siblings, numerous nieces and nephews and many more beloved extended family members and friends. The world lost one of its most humble, loving, humorous, kind humans but heaven has gained one of its most precious angels.

I have known Bill and Sue 50 plus years. We have been thru good, sad, happy and not so happy times. I remember 20 years ago when I had breast cancer. I had my head shaved over at their house up on the hill. Bill had his head shaved also for me, that was the kind of person he was. Then their was the surprise birthday party. Not sure which year(30th or 40th). Great time over there. Many memories of being there at the house on the hill. You will be missed but you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace now my friend.

Everything good was packed into one man, Bill. He was the best neighbor and friend that anyone could hope for. He was smart, kind, funny, and oh so talented. He could and would do anything to help where help was needed .. There are not enough words to express how we feel about Bill.. His love for Sue,his girls, his grandchildren was and is strong and steadfast.. He will always be a person of class and dignity, even when he was goofing around. We loved him dearly.. Miss you, dear Billiam..(that was my nickname for him).....
