Billy - you taught me a lot over the years I knew you and it was my pleasure to have known you. We had plenty of good times together and the friendship we shared has helped me become the person I am today. You will always be remembered as an important part of my life. Only just found out that my dear old friend Billy has passed. I knew Billy from around 1989 when he was in FSP. I visited him there many times. I remember that he hand wrote a book about his life which was fascinating. I hope he is now resting in peace. My condolences to his remaining family.
