On behalf of the Friends of Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, we are in shock about the sudden passing of Bill.
He was a friendly face at the ranger station and was a wonderful Santa Claus at our December 2018 Seashells and Santa event. He made the children feel so comfortable and he was so kind to each child. We send our sympathy to his family. Thank you for designating the Friends (non profit) organization for donations in lieu of flowers. He would love it, I believe. Bill was always supportive of our efforts.
