Andrea Yolanda Rios Avila, hija de Pascual Rios Pino y Maria Avila Velasquez, naciὀ en Mollendo Arequipa Peru en 30 de Noviembre de 1928. Viuda, con una hija.

Ella era una mujer que se dedicó su vida a su familia.  Excelente higa, esposa, madre y abuela.
