Tina L. Dozier, 52, of Orlando died Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Tina was born July 28, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Reba and William Hicks. She was the only girl surrounded by five protective brothers. Tina moved to Central Florida in 1975 from Indianapolis. Tina was a free spirit and lived her life on her own terms. She never met a stranger and loved telling jokes. Tina had a “Honey” and an “I Love You” for everyone she met! She was preceded in death by one brother, Steve. Tina is survived by her three children, Brian and John Buchannon and Danielle Hicks; four devoted brothers, Michael Hicks and his wife, Patty of Sanford, FL, Dan Hicks and his wife, Debbie of Stafford, VA, Charles Hicks and his wife, Tracie of Sevierville, TN, James Hicks and his wife, Kerry of Mary Esther, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration will be held 11:00AM, Friday, October 14, 2011 at the Winter Park Chapel, 301 New England Avenue, Winter Park, FL. Friends are invited to come and share their favorite memory of Tina.
