Barbara was born in New Smyrna Beach as was a lifelong resident. At one time she owned and operated a nursery. Later she and her husband ran a heating and air conditioning service business.
She is survived by her husband of 56 yearsTom, a daughter Linda Mikolas of St Petersburg, a son David Mikolas of Daytona Beach and two grandchildren.

My condolences to Tom and the family of Barbara. Although we lost touch, she was in my thoughts especially when in New Smyrna Beach. She is part of many good high school memories and can be found in old photos that are cherished. Nancy Burg
