THE VILLAGES - Sandra Dianne Fusselman, (Sandy), 72, passed from this life on Monday, September 7, 2015. She was born in Cairo, Georgia, and was the daughter of the late Charles Lewis and the late Agnes Easom.
Sandy retired from BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation (The Yellow Pages), where she was Assistant Treasurer. She was a loving wife, mother, and sister, who took great pride in her family and marriage of 51 years to her husband William (Bill).
Sandy moved to The Villages in 2011, after having spent 20 years of retirement in Panama City, Florida. She loved her Villages home and enjoyed playing Bridge, Mahjong, and Pinochle with several Villages groups.
She leaves her husband, Bill, a son, William C. Fusselman of Dunedin, FL, and a sister, Sherry Bradshaw and husband Bart, of Panama City, FL. Also, her beloved Toy Poodle, Cassie.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Panama City, FL.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice of Lake and Sumter Counties, FL, for the excellent care she received from the staff at Cornerstone Villages Hospice House during her last days; Emmaus United Methodist Church, 1206 County Road 2297, Panama City, Florida 32404, or Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Team Emmaus in Motion, in memory of Sandy.
