We were grateful for a chance to know Mr. Ruprecht at Osprey Lodge Assisted Living and Memory Care of Tavares. He was a good man and clearly had taken his career and public service very seriously. We honor his memory, and thank his family for the privilege of caring for him. He will be missed.

Al was a good friend that I will miss dearly. He would travel 300 miles just to have lunch with you or stop by and say hi to you while you were in Vegas and he was on a layover for his connecting flight to one of the many places he traveled over the years. He always had an funny and interesting story from all the places he traveled to. Also, I'll miss his emails and postcards with his pictures and his famous Life Is an Adventure statement on them. Al, we will keep your spirit alive with fond memories of you my friend. God Speed! Thoughts and prayers out to Al's family and friends.

I only met Al 3-4 times, but every time I did he was kind and a great guy to talk to. I found his life so interesting and hope his loved ones take comfort in knowing he may have had fewer years than we'd like, but he LIVED, doing the things he loved. May he rest in peace.
