Obituary
Linda Diane Neumann “Carpenter” “Rhoades” Duff passed away on August 29, 2017. She is preceeded in death by her father Carol Otto Neumann. She is survived by her step mother Elsie and half sister Lynette (Dan) Dregallo; mother, Maxine Vargo, formerly of Akron, Ohio, currently living in Ypsilanti, MI. Also survived by sisters Peggy (Vince) Arkill, Sandy Neumann and brother Steve (Barb) Neumann. She leaves behind loving and devoted husband Roger, loving, kind, beautiful daughter Diane (Mike) Wintrow of Osprey, FL and beloved grandchildren Kaitlin and Alex. Gratefully Linda had the opportunity to reunite with her son Gary Nedrow who she gave up for adoption in 1965. He lives a happy Christian life and has a wonderful family, wife Wendy, daughter Kaylee and son Nick. A self-proclaimed workaholic she worked 27 years at Ohio Bell, 17 years at Allstate Insurance. She earned a Master’s Degree and worked 14 years as an adjunct college instructor at various colleges including Kent State, Walsch, University of Phoenix and Indiana Wesleyan. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Akron, Ohio and attended Tri County Baptist Church in Lady Lake, FL. Roger and Linda retired to The Villages in Florida on June 1, 2016.
