Mr. Jose Garcia de Quevedo died unexpectedly on Feb. 20th, 2020 in Spring Hill, FL at the age of 59.

Jose is survived by his son Alexander Garcia de Quevedo; his son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Regina Casale; his daughter Jennifer Casale; his grandchildren, David Casale and Trinity Casale; and his siblings, Fransisco Garcia de Quevedo, Ana Garcia de Quevedo and Ana Kurkland.

Jose was born on Dec. 13th, 1960 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico to Francisco and Ana Garcia De Quevedo. He graduated from University of South Florida in 1989 with a Masters degree in Public Health. After moving to Spring Hill, Jose began working for The Social Security Disability Office. In 2009, He retired and spent his time tutoring children and volunteering at his church.  Jose was also on the Swim team in High School and was a certified scuba diver.

A service is scheduled for Saturday, March 7th, 11am at Northcliffe Baptist church.  Pastor Jerry Waugh will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jose’s life.  He was loved by many and will be missed.
