RIP Andy. Andy served his country and the City of Philadelphia with honor and distinction. I was fortunate to have had such a truly great friend. There was nothing Andy would not do or sacrifice for his friends or family. Andy's charitable contributions included sponsoring a bicycle giveaway to underprivileged children in Fort Myers for many years. I will miss him forever.
