Obituary
Alan Austin Burleson, passed away suddenly in his home in Citra, FL, on June 29, 2020.
Alan was 64 years old, he was preceded in death by his father Eugene B Burleson, Jr., LtCol, USMC, (Ret) and his mother Marianne Austin Burleson. He is survived by older brother Eugene Bruce Burleson III and sister-in-law Maggie of Citra, Florida; younger brother David Dixon Burleson and sister-in-law Holli of Osterville, MA, niece Katie Burleson of San Francisco, CA; and sister Susan Eveleth Mackay, and niece Grace Mackay of Melbourne, Florida and nephew Alexander Mackay of San Diego, CA.
Alan lived in Citra and worked for over twenty years at “Animals in Motion”. Alan served his Country Proudly in the United States Air Force.
Alan’s Funeral Service will be held on July 25, 2020 at 11:00 am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 14045 US 301, Citra, FL. Graveside service to follow at the Citra Cemetery.
