Obituary

Alexis Ann Greenwood, 29, of Richboro, PA passed away February 11, 2020. She was born in Gainesville, FL, but grew up in Bucks County, PA, where she graduated from Council Rock High School South. Alexis was an all-star soccer goalie, an all-star basketball player and an all-star softball pitcher in high school.  She was revered for her hard, fast and accurate pitching.  Coaches awarded her the Outstanding Softball Player Award.  Alexis was also recognized for her positive support and encouragement towards her teammates.  She was a free spirit who loved to draw, sculpt and write compelling poems and stories. Alexis is survived by her children, Cameron Greenwood, Haven Jopko, Remington and Lockland Berglund; maternal grandmother, Jean D. Gordon; parents, Gary and Kathryn Greenwood; sisters, Carrie Ann Miller (Gregg) and their children Juliette, Eric and Ryan, Susan Keen (Shawn) and their children, Sarah and Hunter; half-sisters, Dana Johnson and Ashley Wilson; biological mom, Levi Hawks and God parents, Ray and Lynda (deceased) Kennedy. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in Alexis’ name go to Maternity Care Coalition (formerly known as Child, Home and Community) 204 N.     Alexis, I really cared for you, you had a ❤️ of gold but suffered so much. The 3 months we were together in my camper as friends has changed my life forever!!!!! We never was able to reach your goal of making it to Maryland and ultimately make it back to Pennsylvania, I tried baby, but I know you are not suffering anymore, you have to be the most beautiful angel in heaven!!!!!! I will never forget you !!!!!
