Ann passed into eternity on March 24, 2010 at the Southeast Volusia Care Center in Edgewater, FL, with daughter, Janice, and son-in-law, Glen, at her side. She was born April 6, 1919 in Rockford, IL, the daughter of George and Christina Frangen' Brown. Ann retired from Amerock Corp., where she labored as a punch press operator for 20 years. She also worked at G W Carlson & Sons for several years. Her family remembers her as a devoted mother and grandmother, who treasured her family above all. She enjoyed traveling, especially visiting family in Phoenix, Omaha, Las Vegas, Canada, Isle of Man, Great Britain, Finland & Sweden. She also enjoyed game shows and watching sports. In her younger years, she enjoyed dancing and socializing.Ann leaves to cherish her memory daughters Jacqueline Glover of Phoenix, AZ, Janice (Glen) Rice of Edgewater, FL, sons Craig (Aimee') Carlson of Stavanger, Norway, Bruce (Nancy) Carlson of Omaha, NE, special niece Sharon (Dave) Connell of Rockford, IL, 15 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Yanez, sister Esther Downing and brother Henry Brown.
