Obituary
Arthur (Art) Raymond Rollo passed away at the age of 83 on July 12, 2016. He resided in New Smyrna Beach with his wife Rose Mary.
He raised his four children in Southern California and Connecticut. Before retiring he worked as a tool designer, engineer and a sales executive in the Aerospace industry. Art was always creative. He enjoyed making jewelry, enameling, visiting rock shows and working on graphic rendering of historic buildings and lighthouses.
In addition to his wife Rose Mary, he is survived by his sister Shirley Ward, his children Michael, Michelle , Suzanne and Rebecca and grandchildren: Steven, Rebecca, Lani, LiIy, Helena and Hamish.
Art Rollo was born and raised in East Moline, Illinois on August 25, 1932 to the late Arnold and Hilma Rollo.
Art served in the US Army during the Korean conflict and after training in Japan was stationed in Korea where he earned a Korean Service Ribbon, United Nations Service Medal and a National Defense Service Medal.
Art was a good listener and great at giving advice. He had a lovely sense of humor.
