Obituary

Arthur F. Sowalsky Jr., of Troy, NY passed away on Monday, January 21, at his sister’s Florida residence after a long illness. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Arthur and Helen Sowalsky. He attended Troy High, and Arthur worked at Pearlman’s Gas Station and Minute Man Car Wash. He served at Ft. Dix for 2 years in 1959. He was an avid stock car fan and horse lover and enjoyed the Grafton Trail Riders. He was a lover of all animals. Arthur is survived by 3 sisters, Eleanor Comitale, Gail Moak and her husband Brian; and Judy Bryan. He is also survived by many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Interment will take place at Eagle Mills Cemetery in Eagle Mills, NY at a later date. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Ft. Myers, FL.

    Dear Sowalsky family,
    I am very sorry for your loss. The Bible gives us a wonderful hope for the future. In John 5:28,29 it says "Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."
