Mrs. Grummell, Maggie and family, sadden today after hearing of the loss of Bernie. I haven't seen him since the passing of his father, but we would correspond and I considered Bernie one of my best friend. I think back of all the time we spent together, and not having any brothers considered him as close as one. A large part of my life was with Bernie, the good times with him playing the drums and all his science projects and then the times, 3am and we were exported home by Springfield finest. I have a tear in my eye because of his passing and at the same time a smile because I knew him and enjoyed our time together. I do send my condolences and will remember Bernie in my prayers, so sorry for your loss. David
