Obituary
Carl Conrad Lindenlaub, 86, of North Fort Myers, passed away January 14, 2021, at Cape Coral Hospital, in Cape Coral, FL. Born May 18, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI., he was the son of Conrad Lindenlaub and Margaret E. Schneller. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Milton College in Milton, WI., and a Master of Science Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Wisconsin. Carl was a teacher and coach for thirty years and he proudly served for more than twenty years in the Wisconsin Air National Guard, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He was active with the Hiram 50 Masonic Lodge in Madison, WI., he played the accordion, enjoyed fishing and golfing; and was a private pilot in his younger days. Surviving are his loving wife, Jean M. Lindenlaub of North Fort Myers, FL., daughter, Sharon Kay (Kim) Kroeger of Raleigh, NC., son, “Chip” Carl C. (Laura) Lindenlaub Jr. of Conner, MT., daughter, Lori Jean (Eddie) Jones of Raleigh, NC., 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
A funeral service, with limited indoor seating, will be held Monday, January 18, 2021, at 2 pm, at the Thomas Edison Congregational Church, which is located at 1619 Llewellyn Drive, Fort Myers, FL. If you prefer, the service will be broadcast at www.edisonchurch.com and the video feed will begin at 1:50 pm.
