Carolyn was born in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Robert, children Sammy Coakley, Shelly Coakley, Scotty Coakley, siblings Debbbie, Linda, Nancy, Pamela, father Robert Williams and seven grandchildren.
