Obituary
Catherine Bernice “Kay” Nievera, 75, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on Wednesday December 26, 2018.
She was native of Aurora, Illinois, and owned a graphic arts company for several years before retiring to Florida. Kay has always been a happy person, full of fun and laughter. She jokingly said she was the “bad kid,” but of course she was not. She played the piano and performed concerts. She played better than her piano teachers. She and Besflores enjoyed traveling the world together.
Survivors include her husband Besflores, Sr., of Cape Coral, Florida; daughter Catherine (Ronald) Joseph of Crystal Lake, Illinois;
Sons John Stramel of Ottawa, Illinois, and Stephen Stramel of Aurora, Illinois; sisters Ann (Daryl) Carter of Fort Myers, Florida; brothers Eugene J. Pribyl, Jr. of Yorkville, Illinois, and James Pribyl of Cape Coral, Florida. She was predeceased by her sister, Esther Schmidt, of Plainfield, Illinois. There are three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
