Obituary

Chester Knurek, born on January 22, 1924 went home to the Lord to be with his beloved family, wife Berdeana  Knurek, son Douglas Knurek, son Chester Knurek and daughter Cynthia May on the 13th day of February 2020. Chester leaves behind his children, Michael (Renee) James Knurek, Carolyn Holoday (Dave), Lori Gulden (Richard), and Joseph Kazmierski, his 13 grandchild and 15 great grandchildren. May he rest in peace, as he is loved and will be missed by many! Burial will be at Sarasota National Cemetery. Celebration of life will follow 1st week of April, with more details to follow. Arrangements are under the care and trust of Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Ft. Myers, FL.

    Dorothy Szczesny, Stella Benkarski, and Thomas Knurek, Chet's sisters and brother are saddened at his loss. They have fond memories of their childhood together.
