Christine will surely be missed by many. She and John have contributed so much to lawn bowls and it’s community. She left us far too soon.

Christine will truly be missed by the lawn bowls community. I met her 2 years ago when I joined her team to bowl in the SouthEast Open tournament. We instantly had a connection and felt as though we had known each other for years. We often email back and forth with craft ideas and helping to solve each other's craft difficulties. I confess that I encouraged her love of flamingos by finding various items with flamingos on them and sending them to her. I wish I could be at the service to honour her. I would wear bright pink, just for her. I hope that the many happy memories that everyone has of special times with her will help to ease some of the pain of losing her.
