Christopher D. Hare

Christopher D. Hare (40) left us on January 7, 2013 Born November 10 1972 in Troy New York to Virginia (Hare) King. He graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School in 1990 where he was very active in the local FFA chapter. He then immediately joined the United States Army continued on to the 82nd Airborne Division and served our country in the Gulf war. Chris received both the Army Achievement Medal and the Good Conduct Medal along with many other achievements. He was a plumber by trade and loved fishing, gardening, poker, music and the light of his life his daughter Alexis Faith Williams. Chris is survived by his Maternal Grandfather John W. Hare, his Mother Virginia L. King, Sisters Jessica L. Rivers, and CarrieBeth McDaniel, Brother-in-Law Eric D. Rivers and six nieces and nephews and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins both here in Florida and in New York.
We wore those G&R and Orbison tapes ragged. Never forget the 'garage party's' and all of the other fun I'm glad I didn't miss. No doubt, we'll see you again, but for now just rest.
