Obituary

Christopher (Chris) Everett, 65, of The Villages, passed away peacefully on Oct. 20, 2017 at The Villages Hospital. He lost his battle with cancer after a brave fight.

He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Lynn Everett; father James “Lee” Everett III; daughter Corinne Belch; son-in-law Jeremy Belch; brothers John and Jim; sister-in-law Janet; nieces and nephews Nick, Deirdre, Katie and John Paul.

He was born in Delaware County, Pennsylvania to James “Lee” Everett III and the late Marjorie (Scherf) Everett.

He graduated from Drexel University with a BS in business. He attended Penn State University for management training during his 20+ year career at Bell Atlantic. After retiring he followed his love of golf and began giving golf lessons. He became the Director of Golf “DOG” at a private club near his home in Devon, Pa. After moving to The Villages 6 years ago, he worked for GMS.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Palmer Country Club on Nov. 3rd at 5pm.
