Mr. Christopher S. Munafo passed away peacefully with his mother and father by his side on February 20, 2020 after a long battle with polycystic kidney disease. He was 42 years old.

Born October 22, 1977 in Rochester, Michigan, Chris lived most of his life in Hillsborough, New Jersey (Hillsborough High School ’96) before relocating with his family to Florida in 2011. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree and went on to work in the chemical and metering equipment industry. Chris enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.

Chris is survived by his loving parents Patricia and Stanley Munafo, his dear sister Melissa (Paul) O’Toole, and his beloved niece Georgina.

The Family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the PKD Foundation, 1001 East 101st Terrace, Suite 220, Kansas City, MO 64131. The Munafo family would like to thank the doctors and nurses who cared for him over the years.
