| O’Hearne, Clifford S., 97 of New Smyrna Beach, FL passed peacefully into eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sept. 9, 2023. Born July 29, 1926 in Bronx, NY. He graduated from the University of Maryland with his BME and the University of Florida with his ME. Cliff moved to Maitland, FL in the 1950’s to raise his family and work for Martin Marietta. He was a decorated combat World War II veteran with the Navy. Cliff enjoyed reading, sailing, fishing & gardening. After retiring from Martin he moved onto his sailboat to sail as much of the world as possible. Clifford is survived by his children: Stephen O’Hearne (Chrissey), Cynthia Cardarelli (Pedro), Nicholas O’Hearne (Donna), Barry O’Hearne, Megan Warlow, Cassandra Brewer (Bill), Tyra O’Prey (John), Tonya Knox (Daryl W), Peter O’Hearne (Jessica). Step-daughter Rachel Grove (Derek). Grandchildren: Kyle O’Hearne, Kenny O’Hearne, Jessica Sellers, Jade Matthews, Nicholas O’Hearne, Shaun Brewer, Casey Brewer, Jessica Meek. Ashlynn Knox, Daryl M. Knox. Step-grandchildren: Morgan, Jordyn, Saylor. Great grandchildren: Addison, Briella, Kaden, Rowan, Decker, Aryanna, Jaylyn, Jax, Marcus, Marleigh, Ella and Lucas. A Viewing will take place on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 1030 to 1230 with a burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. |
