Obituary

Cynthia “Cindy” Stephanie Kuehnle passed away unexpectedly at the age of 63 on November 6, 2021 in Tavares Florida at her home due to natural causes. Cindy was born on May 16, 1958 in Winter Garden Florida to her parents Charlie and Mary Martin who preceded her in death and is survived by her three sons (Brian, Chad, & Darren Peterson), her two sisters (Angela Laird & Charlotte Landon), her stepmother Sandra Martin, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, two former spouses, Jasper(her dog), and all her friends who will miss her soul dearly.

Cindy attended Ocoee High School in the city of Ocoee Florida where she lived most of her life. Cindy wore many hats throughout her life. She worked in the school system to be closer to her sons. She loved helping people, working with kids/children in need. Her true passion was as a caregiver to her “special people”.

Those who knew and loved Cindy say she was outspoken, kind hearted, selfless, sweet soul who always availed herself to those in need. Cindy always had a joke to tell or a prank to pull on someone. She always treated everyone she met as family and she continued to do so until the day she passed. Mom definitely had a heart so big that as soon as you met her you saw it immediately!

As wishes of Cindy: There will be a private family ceremony held.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life gathering on Saturday December 18, 2021 anytime from 10 AM to dusk or dawn at Magnolia Park in Apopka Florida. Details to follow

I will never forget the time while the NY family was visiting we went to a Friendly's for a late night dinner, after fun at Old Town. Cindy made an excuse to get up from the table shortly after sitting down. When she'd come back and our waiter came she acted truly surprised to see him, called him by name and asked how he was doing and of course got up and gave him a hug. We all thought this quite amazing as she was a distance from home and knew this random person. It was not until the waiter left and we started asking questions about the young man that she told us it was all a set up she had arranged while away from the table. Memories like that along the smile that would follow such "surprises" will stay with me always. She will be missed.

Wow! Just like everyone else, I was stunned to hear about the passing of a remarkable woman who loved her family completely and loved life . I’ve never met a more giving woman who would give you her last nickel if you needed it. So positive in spirit and kindness, im certain that our Lord welcomed Cindy home and thanked her for a job well done. She allowed His light to shine through her, it was always His love that guided her.
She is missed but never forgotten.
