Obituary

A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Cynthia “Cindy” Marie Rabello, earned her wings on May 4th, 2019 after a brief illness.

Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts to Dorothy and Joseph Mello. She graduated from New Bedford High School in 1969 followed by graduating from Kinyon-Campbell Business School.

Cindy had an infectious laugh that instantly made everyone smile. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends & her cat “Holly” and loved iPad gaming. She loved the color purple and that reflected in everything in her home. She was an avid online shopper and loved to shop in family members homes collecting items such as dish towels and spices. She preferred ice cream and pretzels over steak and potatoes, and had every kitchen gadget known to man “all still wrapped in plastic”.

Cindy was preceded in death by her husband Gerald “Jerry” Rabello, her mother Dorothy Mello, her father Joseph Mello and nephew Nicholas Urbanek. She leaves behind a son Kevin Rabello, a daughter Lisa DeMello-Naser, a grandson Zachary Brown, 4 granddaughters Destiny DeMello, Taylor Rabello, Hayley Ryan and Sydney Rabello, Sisters Judy DeRossi, Linda Hough and several nieces and a nephew.
