McFadden, Dana Romelle, 58, Orlando, Florida, was born on October 29, 1957 to Cassandra & John McFadden, stationed at NAS, Jacksonville, Florida. Dana took her final journey home on July 14, 2016, after a 17-month bout with cancer.

Dana’s career in the talent industry started in Orlando in the early 80’s at the renowned Cassandra Agency, booking models and actors as a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) agent.
In the early 90’s she moved to Miami to join Ellen Jacoby Castings Int’l. as the Casting Director’s assistant, providing talent for nationally recognized films, commercials and TV programming.

In the late 90’s, with former step-father, Bob Carrigan encouraging her to start her second career in real estate, Dana moved back to her Orlando roots and became part of his firm, Carrigan Realty. She became a well-known and loved Realtor in east Orange County and enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years.

Dana was a beautiful soul, loved life and touched the hearts of everyone she met. She enjoyed cooking, the beach, entertaining friends and family and loved to dance.
Dana was engaged to Derek O’Donoghue. She and Derek met forty-four years ago, and the last twelve of those years were each other’s forever and always loves.
Dana is survived by fiancé and care-giver, Derek O’Donoghue, Longwood, FL, one daughter, Ladye Williamson, mother, Cassandra Carrigan, sisters, Jetta Sharpe and Autumn McFadden, and two grand-daughters, Kelsey and Miranda.

A Celebration of Dana’s Life is planned at Cafe Murano in Altamonte Springs, Florida on July 31, 2016 from 6PM~9PM. In remembrance of Dana, donations can be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Cancer Research.
