Obituary
Daniel John Johnson, 67, of Port Orange, Florida passed away on January 1, 2017 at the Halifax Health Hospice Port Orange Care Center. He was born on August 23, 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late John and Magdalene Johnson. Daniel was a Veteran of the Air Force Reserves and he worked as a Technician for AT&T. He loved to travel, especially cruising. He lived for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and a true friend to many. He will be missed. Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Meg Johnson of Port Orange, Florida; his daughter, Nicole Proteau of Columbia, Maryland; his son-in-law, Josh Proteau of Columbia, Maryland; his grandson, Hayden Proteau of Columbia, Maryland; his brother, Ronnie Johnson and sister-n-law, Laura Johnson of Brooksville, Florida; his sister-in-law, Vicki Bugno and brother-in-law, Bud Bugno of Austintown, Ohio; his three nieces, and his one nephew. A memorial mass will be held at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic church Daytona Beach, Florida Friday January 6, 2017 at 11AM.
