Obituary
David Lee Morrow, 70 of Lincoln, Illinois and Fort Myers Florida, passed away on September 12, 2021 at his home in Fort Myers Florida. He was born April 7, 1951 in Lincoln Illinois. He married the love of his life, Debra Thompson on December 1, 1973 in Lincoln, Illinois. They were married 47 years.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Morrow, his best friend David Lee Kirk of Lombard Illinois and his faithful pet dog Oreo. He was preceded in death by his father, James Morrow and his Uncle and Aunt, Joe and Dorothy Morrow who raise David.
David was a member of the American Legion for 51 years, ELITE 40/8 and the VFW. David served in Vietnam on the USS Ranger (Navy). He was a retired police officer from Lincoln City Police Department. He was Past President of the Tri Police Association.
There will be no service as David will be buried at sea by the U.S. Navy. Cremation rights will be according. Any donations can be made to the Lincoln Illinois American Legion Post 263 in honor David Morrow.
