I'm forever grateful that I had the pleasure of his presence in my life. May he rest in peace and watch over his family.
i was sitting here stunned.....we got to spend his 72nd birthday together on Friday evening with his wife KATHY, we laughed till it hurt, reminisced about old times and most of all reconnected after 50 years.
On Saturday night we did one of Ed's most favorite things....went to a cruise night and parade at Old Town Village in Kissimmee Fl, he took my daughter DJ in his 1930 Ford Hot Rod for the parade, he had the time of his life watching her wave to all people on the parade route and having a great time. At 3:46 Sunday afternoon Ed sent DJ writing how much fun it was to se the look of enjoyment she had sharing it with him. Is was so touching when I read it.
I feel blessed to have spent this time together, so RIP my friend till we meet again.
your memory a treasure.
You are loved beyond words
and missed beyond measure.
Rest in peace.
Ed was a family man . He dearly loved his wife and family . He spoke many times on how proud he was of his children . Ed had a sense of humor that would keep you laughing . We love you Ed and always will .
My mom thought me early on, no one can ever do everything by themselves. God always send you a helping hand somewhere. For many of us, Ed was that hand. I wish I could say more here to express my gratitude, but in the end how much could you say to thank folks in this world whom touch your lives. In the end perhaps it is wiser to surrender in front of the scope of this man's generosity and say, "Ed, Thank you and may god bless you!"
This past January at River Ranch we brought the grandkids with us to see Uncle Eddie and Aunt Kathy and entourage. It was always so much fun visiting with you all there. I snapped this pic of Aiden on Uncle Ed's car because it reminded ne so much of Cameron on my dad's trike. Now i have 2 great picture memories of these 2 wonderful men. They sure loved their car shows!!
You and Kathie raised 3 children beautifully. We are so pleased that our daughter got Brian. So many good memories of you to cherish forever. You're going to be missed by many.
