Obituary

Elizabeth “Liz” K. James, 81 of DeLand / Edgewater, FL passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Raised in Darby, PA by parents Anthony and Beatrice Hering.  Liz retired in 1993 from INA / AETNA Philadelphia, PA and moved to Edgewater, FL.  Liz loved to travel and the beach.  She was a loving parent, a wonderful mommom, great grandmom and friend.

 

Liz was preceded in death by her parents and son, Cliff Bonsall. Survivors include her daughter Judy (Jim) Sampson of Orlando, PA, granddaughter Kristin (Kyle) Manchin of Havertown, PA and great grandsons Chase, Kam and Travis.

 

The family suggests donations in Liz’s memory to AdventHealth Hospice Care Foundation,

    Liz and I were friends and she and I spent fun times at her Florida home. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. We always kidded about our ages . I’ll be 81 in July. RIPLiz you will be missed . Even though we lived a thousand miles apart I always thought about you.

    I never had the pleasure of meeting Lizzy but Judy is a great friend and spoke of Lizzy often. My thoughts and prayers are with Jim & Judy during this difficult time.
