Obituary
Evelyn Grace Gray, 75, entered into eternal peace on Monday, August 24, 2020 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. She was born November 5, 1944 in Manhattan, New York to the late Harvey and Eleanor Gray.
Evelyn graduated from George Washington High School and worked in various jobs involving different professions from insurance to child support enforcement. She enjoyed helping others, going to the beach, dancing, taking trips and spending time with family and friends.
In 1964, Evelyn married Christopher Neese and had a daughter Carolyn Grace. Although they divorced, they remained life-long friends. Evelyn was a loving mom and grandmother who loved spending time with her grandchildren Kimberly and Timothy.
Evelyn is also survived by her sisters, Elberta Rubiano and Donna and her husband Billy Spero, all in New York. Evelyn has many relatives and close friends who miss her dearly.
Baldwin Brothers Crematory and Funeral Services handled the arrangements for Miss Gray. There will be a Celebration of Life Ceremony with family and friends at City First Church on September 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
