Obituary

Felix Vargas, Jr. “Coquito”, 25, originally from Pleasantville, New Jersey, passed away too soon on Sunday, September 2, 2018 unexpectedly. Felix was born on May 19th, 1993. He spent his life making people smile and laugh, lighting up every room he walked into. He graduated from Pleasantville High School, where he was a member of ROTC, Football, and Drama. He loved to write and was always writing new poetry he wanted to share with the world. Felix was a compassionate, hardworking and loving man. A loving father and husband, he would do anything to make his children laugh and smile.
Felix is survived by his wife, Marissa Batinsey, his sons, Ryder Batinsey and Austin Torres, and unborn Baby Vargas; by his father Felix Vargas and his mother, Michelle Prudente; by his uncles, Efrain Vargas and Julio Vargas; his aunts, Jessica Vargas and Demaris Hargroves; his siblings: Aliyah Smith, Alexa Prudente, Kevin Stinson, Luis Vargas, Samantha Vargas, Stephanie Mejia-Quiles, Kevin Quiles, Odalis Robles, Christopher Vargas, Jomar Vargas, Milani Vargas and Zayden Vargas; his cousins Krystal Ruiz, Johnny Collins, Gina Collins, Tatiana Collins, Francheska Viruet, Chris Ruiz, and Joey Bermudez; as well as many friends who loved him.

Felix, we love you. You were taken too soon and you will be dearly missed.
