With Deepest Sympathies. It was always a pleasure seeing Frank, Marjorie and his children walking the neighborhood, in Saratoga Springs NY. It was always a warm hello or a wave and they would visit with our black Lab, Shelby as she perched on her small hill under the tree. Seemed it was daily. Also a friendly presence at St. Clement's Church. His kind smile will be missed. He and his family are in our prayers. Hugs to all.
