Fran was a wonderful dear friend. I’m so shocked to hear of this. He just sent me a birthday text May 25th….he was so happy in Florida with Denelle; doing all these fun wonderful retirement things….like fishing!!! He is so missed by all. He had a positive outlook on life and lived it to its fullest….he always saw the good in people and animals; my Schnauzer Sir Edwin just loved Fran!!! Fran and Ed went everywhere together in North Dakota …..even science night with the boys. So many amazing memories in the short time I knew Fran. He was indeed a blessing in my life and my dog Ed’s life.
My deepest sympathy to all.
Love, Deborah
