Obituary
Frank A. Trane Sr., a resident of Ormond Beach, passed away June 21, 2016. He was born August 4, 1930 in Niagara Falls, NY. He married his wife, Mary, of 64 years. Frank attended Erie Technical School in Buffalo, NY. He served in the army as a military policeman and was later employed for 40 years at Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in the Consumer Relations Department.
Frank enjoyed traveling, especially to Italy, as well as ballroom dancing and square dancing. He was an avid hunter, tennis player and golfer in his younger days. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, serving as treasurer for the Italian American Club and was a member of Prince of Peace Church.
Frank will be sadly missed by his wife Mary, sons Kevin (Beth) and Frank Jr. (Donna) as well as his grandchildren Brittany, Ryan and Katelyn. He was predeceased by his infant grandson Justin. He always referred to his family as “The Loves of My Life”.
As per Frank’s wishes, he will be cremated with services at Prince of Peace Church for a final blessing Thursday 6/30 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice Care Center 235 Booth Rd. Ormond Beach, FL 32174
